Our client is looking for a Technical Lead who is a specialist in .NET / C# as well as people management based in Warsaw, Poland.
We’re looking for someone who can lead a newly formed team of junior to senior developers aswell as someone who is well versed in newer versions of C# .NET alongside working with Cloud Technology.
You will be the go to person for the development team and managing them on a daily basis from the ground up as it’s a greenfield project. Furthermore, you will be the final decision maker regarding architectural and development decision while focusing on ideas and tech which could be added to the environment over the next couple of years.
They are looking for someone who has previously worked with international teams as you will be conversing with people from around the world.
